An unidentified man reportedly slapped a 54-year-old victim before removing his dog's muzzle and commanding it to attack.
The victim sustained multiple lacerations to his hand during the assault. Following the attack, the suspect fled the scene with his dog. Medical personnel attended to the injured victim, transporting him to a local hospital where he was reported in stable condition.
