Nursing Student Found Dead; Family Accuses Principal

Tragedy has struck Firozabad district with the discovery of an 18-year-old nursing student's body under suspicious circumstances. Preeti, a first-year general nursing and midwifery student at Firozabad College of Nursing, was reported missing on Wednesday morning.
Her hostel-mates raised the alarm when she was not found for breakfast. An initial search of her room proved fruitless. However, CCTV footage later revealed Preeti scaling the college's boundary wall and leaving the premises alone at approximately 2:30 am.
Later, information was received about a woman's body near Mauda Kaneta village, which was identified as Preeti's. Her family has vehemently accused the college principal, Suresh Daksh, and his son, Yash, of her murder.
Following the post-mortem, the family staged a road blockade in protest. Police intervention led to the lifting of the blockade and the return of the body to her home. A case has been registered against the principal and his son under relevant sections of the BNS pertaining to murder.
