The victim was subsequently rescued from the accused's house. Her family reported that the assault was carried out at gunpoint, accompanied by death threats. The court considered the police investigation, forensic and medical reports, and the testimonies of the victim and her family.
Additional Sessions Judge Ashu Sanjeev Tinjan imposed a fine of Rs 40,000 on the convict. The court highlighted the severity of crimes against children and emphasized the need for stringent punishment. The period already spent in judicial custody will be deducted from the total sentence.
