NFL Star Accused of Orchestrating Kidnapping

A Florida judge has set a $1 million bond for Detroit Lions player Terrion Arnold, who is accused of masterminding the abduction and assault of three men. Prosecutors allege Arnold wrongly suspected these individuals of stealing luxury items and $100,000 in cash from him. The victims, including one of Arnold's drivers, were allegedly robbed at gunpoint in a Tampa apartment in February. Arnold, a first-round pick in the 2024 NFL draft, was ordered to remain at his home in Tallahassee except for team activities and must surrender his passport. Despite the seriousness of the eight felony charges, Chief Circuit Court Judge Christopher Sabella granted bond, noting the prosecution's case was not yet strong. Arnold's legal team asserts there is minimal evidence of his criminal involvement.
