Felipe Alvarado Hernandez, 47, was arrested on July 28, more than a month after a downtown Nashville incident where he allegedly drove a pickup truck onto a sidewalk while making a left turn. The collision resulted in injuries to four people, with two requiring wheelchair assistance.
As of July 29, one victim was still hospitalized at Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Burn Unit. He faces charges including leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid, and driving with a revoked license.
