Authorities have confirmed that Nancy's family, including her daughter Savannah Guthrie, her husband Michael Feldman, and other relatives, have been cleared of any suspicion in her disappearance. Investigators are reportedly exploring the use of a Bluetooth signal detector to potentially locate Nancy via her pacemaker.
