The altercation reportedly began inside the venue and spilled onto the road, highlighting multiple breaches of police regulations.
Investigations uncovered significant non-compliance, including inadequate age and identity verification for liquor service, incomplete CCTV surveillance, and insufficient bouncer staffing. The club also faced accusations of inadequate parking management leading to traffic disruption and a delay in informing the police after the incident. These lapses were cited as negligence towards customer safety and disregard for law and order.
This is not the first issue for the club, which opened in 2022. Police records indicate at least eight serious incidents have been reported previously.
