Authorities are investigating the death of a man in his 20s, who was discovered seriously injured in a car park in Cheshunt on June 22nd. The victim, believed to have been assaulted, was transported to a local hospital where he tragically passed away.
Essex Police are now focusing their efforts on locating a silver MG ZS, identified by the registration number ND70 EVN, which is thought to be connected to the case. A notable characteristic of the vehicle is that its driver-side rear door is a different shade from the rest of the car, having been replaced previously.
Investigators are appealing for the public's assistance in finding this distinctive car. Detective Chief Inspector Greg Wood stated that the victim was last seen in the Waltham Abbey or Waltham Cross area, and it is possible the vehicle may have been abandoned in that vicinity. A man arrested in connection with the investigation has since been released on bail.
