Abraham H. Feinbloom, a 51-year-old man, has been charged with murder and firearm enhancements in the death of 17-year-old T'Neya Tovar. Tovar was reported missing in December, and her remains, including a human leg, were discovered in the Salton Sea area in late December. Investigators used DNA evidence to identify the remains as Tovar's. Feinbloom, who had been a person of interest, was arrested at his Salton City home on February 13th.
