A 65-year-old woman suffering from dementia has been missing from her Andheri residence since Friday afternoon. This marks her second disappearance in recent weeks, raising significant concerns for her family. She first left her home on Friday morning and was found by her elder son's daughter-in-law, returning at 1 pm. However, she left again just minutes later and has not been seen since.
Her son and daughter-in-law have taken leave from their jobs to tirelessly search for her across areas including Andheri, Asalpha, Sakinaka, Powai, and Seepz. They reported that she has been experiencing memory loss for two to three months and frequently expresses a desire to return to her perceived original home. The family is concerned she may have lost her way due to a potential leg issue.
This incident follows a similar disappearance on September 5, when she went missing and was located in Sakinaka after an extensive 18-hour search. Meanwhile, separately, Bandra police are still searching for a 76-year-old man named Ramnarayan Chaudhary, who disappeared on September 15 while out for an evening walk.
