Bike Club Brawl Erupts: Gunshots Fired in Bar Fight
10 Jan
Summary
- Motorcycle club members clashed violently at Forty Bar and Grille.
- Weapons including clubs, knives, and a firearm were reportedly used.
- Ten defendants appeared in court for preliminary hearings on the brawl.

Ten defendants are proceeding to trial following a violent clash between the War Dogs and Pagans motorcycle clubs at Forty Bar and Grille last summer. The preliminary hearings on Friday heard testimony detailing the August 17, 2025, incident where members allegedly used clubs, knives, and fired gunshots.
A bartender testified that War Dogs members initiated an assault on a Pagan member already present, with others joining in. A second Pagan member reportedly arrived with weapons and fired a shot into the air before fleeing. Investigators suggested the victims were simply in the wrong place.
One defense attorney argued the event was a "nasty bar fight" that was "overblown" by investigators. The prosecution is pursuing charges, including RICO violations, for all ten suspects. Notably, the individual who allegedly began the bar assault was later shot to death in White Oak in October 2025, though a connection to the bar brawl remains unconfirmed by investigators.
