Ramello Robinson-Parks has been charged with murder in connection with the death of his girlfriend, Elaysha Gilliam. Her hands and feet were secured, and tape covered her head and mouth.
Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and a woman's scream approximately two nights before Gilliam's body was discovered. She was last seen getting into Robinson-Parks' vehicle on February 17, 2024. Investigators later linked Robinson-Parks to the crime scene through cell phone records and DNA evidence found on a latex glove fragment in the victim's hair and mouth.
Robinson-Parks has prior convictions for manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident. He is currently in federal custody for an unrelated weapons and drug case. This case highlights serious concerns regarding domestic violence.
