A 31-year-old man is in custody in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, facing first-degree homicide charges for a fatal shooting that occurred on Monday, February 2. The suspect, identified as Dominic Francis Nosacek, allegedly shot and killed 50-year-old Angelo Nelson in an apartment hallway following an argument.
Following the incident, Nosacek reportedly returned to his residence, where he completed his annual tax return. He then drove to a Homeland Security building to turn himself in to authorities, stating, "I just killed someone."
