Melbourne Siege Ends: Gunman Arrested After Standoff

A tense standoff concluded on Friday morning in Spotswood, Melbourne, with police arresting a man armed with a gun. Special Operations Group officers were deployed to a residence on Hudsons Road, engaging in negotiations with the individual. The man was eventually arrested and taken into custody around 10:20 AM. Video footage showed police detaining a man with tattoos on his forearm. Australian Border Force and dog squad officers were also present.
