Lorraine Crerand suffered a fractured clavicle and significant bruising, which impacted her ability to care for herself and their parents. She also expressed fear of encountering her brother at the family home. Despite originally facing a year in prison, Crerand Jr received a nine-month sentence, suspended for 12 months, along with an eight-week curfew and rehabilitation requirements.
