A man has been convicted for a severe stalking offense involving a fake Tinder profile used to send multiple men to his ex-partner's residence. The 36-year-old perpetrator created a false account using the victim's images and personal details, distributing her address and contact information.
Investigators revealed that at least 18 men visited the woman's home in 2024 after receiving messages suggesting they were invited. Some reported explicit and disturbing content in the purported communications. One incident saw multiple arrivals on the same night, and another involved forced entry causing damage to the property.
The court heard Hussain had a history of controlling behavior and harassment post-relationship. He employed measures to hide his identity, including separate phones and altered vehicle plates. Despite initial denials, location data and vehicle records linked him to the scheme, leading to his conviction after a nine-day trial.
