Ahmad Bojeh, 29, has been declared mentally competent to stand trial for the murders of three tourists. The fatal incident occurred on January 17, 2026, in Osceola County, Florida. Bojeh is accused of fatally shooting James Puchan, 68, and Douglas Kraft, 68, and Robert Kraft, 70.
The three victims were in Central Florida for a car show and were staying at an Airbnb. Their rental car had broken down, and they were awaiting a replacement vehicle outside the property when the shooting began. Bojeh, who resided next door, was arrested approximately one hour after the incident.
Sheriff Christopher Blackmon characterized the killings as random and unprovoked. Investigators presented evidence, including surveillance footage, suggesting Bojeh paced outside his home before the attack, fired multiple rounds, retrieved a magazine, and later changed his clothes. Two firearms were reportedly discovered hidden under a mattress in his residence.
