The accused not only allegedly coerced the woman into a physical relationship with a marriage proposal but also persuaded her to give him ₹2.53 lakh for a shared business venture. When she confronted him about marriage plans, he allegedly became evasive and then aggressive, even slapping her during an argument.
Ultimately, the man reportedly ceased all communication, blocking her on all platforms. The woman stated she was left in a difficult situation, having left her first husband based on his false promises. The complaint has been registered under BNS Section 69.
