Officers attempted to stop a vehicle, but the driver failed to comply, initiating a high-speed chase through busy streets. The pursuit concluded when the car violently collided with a pedicab, scattering debris across the road.
Authorities quickly arrested the 31-year-old driver at the scene. He was taken into custody on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking, failure to stop, dangerous driving, assaulting an emergency worker, and possessing a Class A substance. Police confirmed the crash was not terror-related.
