West London Pedestrian Chaos: Driver Arrested

A collision incident in west London resulted in the arrest of a man on suspicion of attempted murder and dangerous driving. The event occurred in Ealing on Saturday afternoon when a vehicle struck several pedestrians. Five individuals sustained injuries as a result of the incident.

Authorities reported that none of the injured parties suffered life-threatening or life-changing harm. Three of the injured were transported to a hospital for further treatment. The London Ambulance Service dispatched significant resources, including air ambulance services, to the scene after being alerted at 2:29 PM.

Following the incident, the driver did not remain at the scene. However, police located and stopped the vehicle in Grange Park a short time later, leading to the arrest. While Counter Terrorism Policing London conducted initial inquiries due to the nature of the event, it has been confirmed that the incident is not being treated as terrorism.
