- She previously made a swatting call to police at his home.

Michelle Dick has been charged with seven criminal counts in Los Angeles County, including making criminal threats and assault with a deadly weapon. These charges stem from an alleged stalking campaign against former Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham. The complaint details incidents between late 2021 and March 25, 2026, culminating in Dick allegedly throwing an unidentified substance at Buckingham in Santa Monica.
This attack occurred despite Buckingham having a restraining order against Dick, which was granted on December 20, 2024. The order mandates Dick stay at least 100 yards away from Buckingham and his family for five years. Dick's alleged harassment began in 2021 and included numerous phone calls, threats, and a false report to 9-1-1 in November 2024, which led to police searching Buckingham's home.
Prior to the substance attack, Dick was also charged with assaulting Buckingham with a motor vehicle on March 19 and vandalizing his Mercedes-Benz. The musician expressed fear for his and his family's safety due to Dick's escalating conduct. An arrest warrant has been issued for Dick, with bail set at $300,000.
