Landlord Shoots Naked Intruder After Brutal Attack in Los Angeles

On November 7th, 2022, a shocking incident occurred in an apartment complex in Los Angeles. A 79-year-old landlord, who is a military veteran, heard commotion from two women in the complex and rushed to help. The landlord encountered a naked intruder, who allegedly "body-slammed" the elderly man, breaking both of his legs.

Witnesses reported that the intruder lifted up the landlord and slammed him to the ground on the concrete driveway. In response, the landlord opened fire, striking the intruder in the head and chest. The intruder died at the scene, while the landlord was hospitalized in serious condition.

Authorities stated that there does not appear to be any pre-existing connection between the intruder and the building's tenants. Security camera footage showed the naked man walking and talking to himself before the incident. A neighbor described the injured landlord as a "very nice man" who likely acted in self-defense.
