Tillery is described as being 3 feet tall and weighing approximately 45 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, blue sweatpants, and blue checkered shoes. The suspect, 23-year-old Donnel Paige, is accused of abducting the child from the intersection of W. Manchester Avenue and Hoover Street.
Paige, who stands around 5-foot-9 and weighs about 155 pounds, was last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants. He reportedly fled the scene on foot. Law enforcement officials are actively searching for both the child and the suspect.
