Killer Hid in Plain Sight at Victim's Rally

A man accused of murder attended a rally honoring his victim, Natalie, more than a month after her death. During the six weeks following Natalie's murder, the accused was a frequent visitor to her family's home. He deliberately left his phone in her residence to record conversations, seeking intelligence.
