Court records indicate the girl was punished after wetting herself. She claims her father spanked her, causing bruising, before Bradstreet made her stand on the porch. The child's brother corroborated the story, stating his sister was left outside for 50 minutes.
Upon returning the children to their mother on December 7, 2025, Burr mentioned the girl had wet herself. The mother discovered bruising and noted her daughter's feet were extremely cold and purplish. Both Burr and Bradstreet were arrested on December 11, 2025, and have since posted bond, with a court appearance scheduled for January 13.
