The occupants of the car, Shamshad, Naushad, Sartaj, and an unidentified woman, allegedly emerged and began verbally abusing Sharma and Sachan. When the victims protested, the group reportedly resorted to physical violence, using bricks, stones, and sticks.
Sharma reported sustaining significant injuries, including bleeding from his eyes and nose. The situation drew a crowd before police arrived and intervened to de-escalate tensions. A case has been registered based on Sharma's complaint, and authorities are currently reviewing CCTV footage to aid their investigation into the alleged communal assault.
