Houston Mom Charged With Child Endangerment

Delissa Monique Williams, 38, was arrested on December 18th, 2025, and charged with a felony count of endangering a child. Authorities discovered children under her care living in extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Court documents revealed the children were surrounded by dog feces and lacked electricity.

Further allegations state that Williams failed to provide adequate food to at least one infant. She also neglected to seek medical attention for the child when it was in danger. Williams was unemployed at the time of the incident, with her last known employment being with a nurse practitioner group.

Williams was taken into custody in north Houston and her bond was subsequently set at $35,000. The specifics of her living situation and whether the children were her own remain unclear as investigations continue.
