Horrific Murder in Kaithor: Wife Brutally Killed by Husband

In Kaithor village, a shocking incident unfolded on Sunday when a 26-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her husband. The victim, identified as Lakshmi Mishra, was found with her body brutally crushed, making identification extremely difficult. Police suspect her husband, Pradeep Mishra, is responsible for the heinous crime and has since been arrested.

During the initial investigation, a deaf-mute resident named Sonu Yadav discovered the victim's foot and saree near bushes in a garden. Alerted by villagers, law enforcement, including a forensic team and dog squad, arrived at the scene. Evidence such as a slipper, a blood-stained brick, and a toy were recovered near the body.

Under interrogation, Pradeep Mishra reportedly confessed to the murder, citing his wife's alleged extramarital affairs and mobile phone usage as reasons for his actions. Authorities confirmed the brutal nature of the assault, with the head and body parts crushed with a brick. The husband is currently in police custody as the investigation continues, and the body has been sent for postmortem.
