A Hollywood Hills residence linked to the death investigation of Celeste Rivas Hernandez has experienced a substantial rent reduction. The home, previously leased by singer D4vd, is now vacant and available for $21,500 per month. This represents a decrease of over $2,000 from its initial asking price of $23,950, following a period on the rental market without securing a tenant.

Authorities have investigated the property in connection with Rivas Hernandez's disappearance. Prosecutors allege D4vd invited her to the house in April 2025, after which she was not heard from again. D4vd reportedly vacated the residence in September 2025, soon after a police search.

The house was listed for rent in February 2026 but has struggled to attract renters. The most recent price adjustment occurred on August 16, 2026, marking a drop of more than 10 percent. It remains unclear if the property's association with the ongoing investigation directly caused this price cut.

Evidence gathered by investigators at the home included chainsaws, potential blood stains, and a cut-up inflatable pool, as previously reported. Luminol was also reportedly used at the property. These items were presented during D4vd's preliminary hearing.

The residence has remained unoccupied since D4vd's departure. While the reduced rent may appeal to luxury renters, the property's connection to a widely publicized and troubling case presents an unusual consideration for prospective tenants.
