Skiboky Stora, 42, was sentenced on April 16, 2026, to three to nine years in state prison for a string of hate-motivated assaults. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr. announced the sentencing, detailing Stora's pattern of violence targeting strangers in New York City.
The attacks, which occurred on multiple dates, were characterized as "anti-female, anti-white and antisemitic incidents." Prosecutors stated that Stora assaulted influencer Halley Kate in March 2024 and also targeted a teenager and a woman in separate incidents. Furthermore, on November 18, 2023, Stora allegedly tore down posters of kidnapped Israeli hostages and subsequently harassed a Jewish couple.
Stora was found guilty on charges including assault as a hate crime and stalking as a hate crime following a trial that concluded on February 25, 2026. The victims have been issued full Orders of Protection. D.A. Bragg emphasized that Stora's conduct robbed victims of their sense of safety and altered their daily lives, sending a clear message that such behavior has significant consequences.
