The brother-in-law of TV personality Savannah Guthrie, Tomasso Cioni, has been missing for approximately one week as authorities continue their investigation into the abduction of Savannah's mother, Nancy Guthrie. Police have conducted two searches of the residence shared by Tomasso Cioni and Savannah's sister, Annie Guthrie. These searches occurred on February 4 and February 7.
Annie Guthrie was reportedly the last individual to see her mother before Nancy's disappearance on the night of January 31. The Pima County Sheriff's Department has affirmed that no suspect or person of interest has been identified in connection with Nancy Guthrie's abduction.
Tomasso Cioni was last photographed on February 3, two days after Nancy went missing. The Pima County Sheriff's Department stated they are awaiting further forensic results and continue to interview individuals who had contact with Mrs. Guthrie. The department has also denied claims that Annie's car was seized.
