Three men were arrested on Thursday, January 30, 2026, in connection with four separate firing incidents that occurred across Gurgaon on January 28 and 29, 2026. The arrested individuals, identified as Vinay (26), Bobby (25), and Pawan (27), all residents of Kadarpur village, were taken into custody by the crime branch.
Authorities stated the trio opened fire with the intent to murder, stemming from a personal rivalry. The first incident on January 28, 2026, involved the accused allegedly firing eight to ten rounds in the air outside a resident's house in Kadarpur village after making death threats to two brothers via phone.
Further investigations revealed three more incidents linked to the same accused on January 29, 2026. These included firing at toll plaza employees at Ghamdoj after a dispute over toll tax, and a targeted shooting in the Jheel ki Dani area of Kadarpur village due to old enmity. Later that evening, they allegedly fired at the house of Rohit in Kadarpur village following another dispute. The accused have a prior record, having been involved in Arms Act and assault cases. Police collected evidence from all crime scenes, and cases have been registered under relevant sections.
