In a significant bust, Humberside Police discovered cannabis plants worth approximately £465,000 during a raid on a Grimsby property. The operation took place on Monday at an address located on Hainton Avenue, where officers executed a search warrant.
Upon forcing entry, law enforcement officials found a substantial quantity of plants, estimated to be around 465, which are believed to be cannabis. This discovery highlights ongoing efforts to combat drug production within the region.
Following the seizure, 48-year-old Son Dau, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with the production of a controlled Class B drug. He has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear at Grimsby Magistrates' Court on January 26.
