Summary
- Infant suffered a fractured skull and tested positive for cocaine.
- Parents charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
- Father also charged with tampering with evidence after admitting drug sales.

In Greensburg, a mother and father were arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and drug possession after their infant son sustained a fractured skull and tested positive for cocaine and marijuana. The incident came to light on July 8 when police responded to a welfare check at an apartment on College Avenue.
Authorities found the infant crying on the floor. The mother stated she had just returned from work and discovered the child there, having been in the care of the father. The infant was subsequently transported to the hospital where the skull fracture was diagnosed, and drug tests revealed the presence of cocaine and marijuana.
During a subsequent search of the apartment, the father was found attempting to dispose of marijuana. He admitted to purchasing a significant quantity of the drug and attempting to discard it upon seeing police. While he claimed the mother was unaware of his drug sales, cellphone evidence suggested otherwise. He faces additional charges for tampering with evidence.
