Gang fires 10 shots at luxury car showroom
8 Mar
Summary
- Two assailants fired nearly 10 shots at a Gurugram showroom.
- A showroom employee and a pet dog sustained critical injuries.
- The Himanshu Bhau gang claimed responsibility for the shooting.

A Gurugram luxury car showroom, Big Boy Toy, was struck by gunfire on Saturday when two assailants, allegedly linked to the Himanshu Bhau gang, opened fire. The shooting, which involved approximately 10 rounds, critically injured a showroom employee who is now hospitalized. A pet dog also sustained gunshot injuries during the incident.
The assailants arrived on a motorcycle and fled the scene immediately after the attack. The showroom sustained significant damage, including a shattered glass door and bullet-marked walls. The Himanshu Bhau gang claimed responsibility for the shooting a day later via social media, with the gangster also noted for a prior incident at influencer Elvish Yadav's home.
This alleged act of violence is reportedly connected to ongoing extortion demands. Investigations reveal that the showroom owner, Jatin Ahuja, had been receiving demands for a substantial sum of money from Bhau and Kaushal Chaudhary for about eighteen months. His non-compliance is believed to have precipitated the shooting and subsequent threats against customers.
The Gurugram Police are actively investigating the incident and are seeking to apprehend the perpetrators. The gang's social media post included a direct warning to future visitors, stating that anyone visiting the showroom should be prepared for potential harm.
