A Florida woman has been arrested and charged with felony criminal mischief for allegedly causing significant damage to two Airbnb properties. Nicolette Keough, 31, is accused of urinating on numerous items within the rental units, including an antique chair, a rug, and personal electronics. The total damages are reported to exceed $3,000.
Following the discovery of the damage and accompanying online videos, the Pensacola Police Department investigated and identified Keough. She was arrested and subsequently released on bond. Airbnb has confirmed that Keough has been removed from their platform and that the company is actively assisting the property owner with its damage protection program.
