Woman Accused of Murder, Accomplices Hide Her

A Florida woman, Isabelle Rose Johnson, 38, faces accusations of murder in the death of Jason Coulthart, 43. Coulthart's body was found buried in a shallow grave on a Florida property on June 25, having last been seen alive on May 24. Johnson is accused of killing Coulthart by placing a zip tie around his neck, with her roommate, Bobbie Gean Wagstaff, allegedly assisting in burying the body. A witness indicated the motive might have been Coulthart aggravating Johnson or threatening her custody of her children.

Johnson, referred to by deputies as a "master manipulator," allegedly evaded authorities for several weeks with the assistance of multiple individuals. Martin and Sandra Leaverton are accused of providing Johnson with rides, retrieving her belongings, and offering false information to law enforcement. Michael White and Kathleen Morris reportedly sheltered Johnson at two properties and provided supplies while she was on the run, with text messages suggesting coordination between them and the Leavertons.

Wagstaff faces charges of first-degree murder and possession of methamphetamine. The Leavertons are charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, while White and Morris face charges of accessory to a capital felony after the fact and obstruction. Johnson has been using aliases, including "Harley," "Jessica Elaine Bowman," and "Denise," while evading capture.
