Kevin Cichowski, a candidate for Florida governor, has been arrested and charged with several offenses, including aggravated assault and battery on persons over 65. The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 10, where Cichowski reportedly attacked his elderly parents, Stanley and Christine Cichowski, with a cane and a cell phone. His mother, Christine, who is bedridden, stated that her son struck her husband and threw a phone at her head, causing bleeding.
The alleged altercation began when Cichowski unplugged his parents' television. When his father attempted to reconnect it, Cichowski reportedly used his father's cane as a weapon.
