Khuslen Saruultuya, a fitness influencer popular on Instagram under the name Khuslen Khan, has been arrested in Miami on charges including attempted felony murder and drug offenses. The arrest stems from an incident early Monday morning where Saruultuya allegedly confronted an Uber Eats driver.
According to investigators, the Uber Eats driver delivered food and later returned to the apartment complex, seeking the woman's contact information. Saruultuya, in a gray Corvette, reportedly approached the driver, brandished a gun, fired a shot that grazed the driver’s buttocks, and pistol-whipped him. The altercation continued around the vehicle before the driver escaped.
The injured driver drove himself to a local hospital for treatment. Following Saruultuya's arrest, law enforcement searched his residence, discovering suspected cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, and hundreds of prescription pills. Over $11,000 in cash, believed to be proceeds from drug sales, was also seized.
During a court hearing on Tuesday, the judge detailed the drug possession charges, including trafficking in cocaine and ecstasy, and possession with intent to sell Adderall. Saruultuya has a prior arrest for drug trafficking charges in 2023. A court hearing is scheduled for Wednesday to determine bail.
