Fitness Star Arrested for Assaulting Teen

Fitness influencer Brian Divine, known for his home gym content, has been arrested in Indiana on serious charges. He faces accusations of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl multiple times. The alleged encounters reportedly occurred in October and November, with some incidents involving alcohol and marijuana provided by Divine.

Authorities were alerted to the situation after the victim's mother found deleted chat logs with a victim support organization. Divine reportedly admitted to the assaults but claimed they were consensual and initiated by the teen. He has been charged with felony child seduction and six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Divine, who has amassed a large following on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, is currently being held without bond. His court appearance is scheduled for December 12. His wife confirmed his arrest on social media, stating he was going to jail.
