Summary
- Florida firefighter arrested for stalking ex-boyfriend
- Allegedly dumped 75 painted tampons on ex's lawn
- Surveillance footage captured the incident

In a bizarre case of alleged stalking, a Florida firefighter was arrested last month for dumping 75 painted tampons on her ex-boyfriend's lawn. Danielle Franze, who works as a firefighter in Orange County, is accused of carrying out the unusual act of revenge on September 29th.
Surveillance footage from the ex-boyfriend's home reportedly captured a person dumping the tampons, which were painted red to appear used, from the back of a truck while the victim was at work. The ex-boyfriend, who is also a firefighter, and his new girlfriend told police that Franze was unhappy about their relationship and had made angry social media posts about them.
According to the arrest affidavit, the police described Franze's actions as demonstrating "a course of conduct which evidences a continuity of purpose with the sole purpose to harass" the victims and serving "no legitimate purpose." Franze now faces two counts of stalking and it is unclear if she has entered a plea or retained an attorney.
