In Ferozepur, Punjab, a grim discovery was made on Thursday morning when four members of a family were found deceased with gunshot wounds inside their residence. The home in Harman Nagar, near Baba Ram Lal Gurdwara, became the scene of a suspected murder-suicide.
Authorities believe Amandeep Singh, also known as Mahi Sodhi, committed the act. He allegedly used a licensed revolver to kill his wife, Jasveer, and their two daughters, Manveer Kaur, aged 10, and Parmeet Kaur, aged 6, before ending his own life.
The shocking event was revealed when the family's domestic help arrived for cleaning duties and received no response to knocks or calls.
