- Man allegedly killed wife and two children.
- Police registered FIR against lender for abetment.
- Victim's mobile video blames lender for distress.
A tragic incident unfolded in Jhauhna Pure Gosainpurwa village where a man, identified as Bajrangi Giri, allegedly committed a quadruple murder-suicide. He is accused of fatally shooting his wife, Komal, their three-year-old daughter, Shraddha, and one-year-old son, Jaideep, before ending his own life on July 31. The motive appears to stem from a severe financial dispute.
Family members have lodged an FIR against Chandrabhan Giri, accusing him of abetment to suicide. They allege Chandrabhan failed to repay a loan of nearly ₹29 lakh, causing Bajrangi significant mental anguish. A video recovered from Bajrangi's phone reportedly blames Chandrabhan for his deteriorating mental state. Police are meticulously investigating financial transactions, call records, and witness statements to corroborate these claims.
Authorities have also seized weapons, spent cartridges, mobile phones, and other items from the residence. Forensic, ballistic, and post-mortem reports are pending. Relatives also mentioned Bajrangi's recent consultations with a self-styled tantric, adding another layer to the complex circumstances being examined by investigators.
