A murder investigation spanning multiple counties has resulted in the arrest of event planning business owner Kimberly Chafin, who faces charges of murder and concealing a death. The case began when Christopher Hanna was reported missing in Walton County.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has determined that Chafin was present when Antione Kennedy allegedly shot Hanna in the head at Chafin's business in Forest Park. Court documents indicate Chafin assisted Kennedy in cleaning blood at the crime scene and moving Hanna's body and vehicle.
Hanna's body was discovered at a Decatur apartment complex, and his truck was located in Coweta County. Both Chafin and Kennedy, who was hired by Hanna for security after a previous manslaughter conviction, face identical murder and concealment charges and are being held without bond.
