In Marshall, Texas, a man identified as Gerardo Alfredo Flores Pacheco, who was already on bond for a DWI offense, was arrested on Saturday evening following a significant traffic collision. The incident occurred on West Grand Avenue around 5:39 p.m. and left two adults and two children injured.

He faces multiple charges, including four counts of intoxication assault and failure to stop and render aid, both third-degree felonies if convicted. He was also charged with resisting arrest. Investigators discovered that Pacheco was sought in Georgia for prior DWI-related offenses.
