Following a field sobriety test, he was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence.
During a subsequent search of the car, officers discovered a loaded Ruger firearm in the glove compartment. Additionally, a lunchbox filled with suspected marijuana and ecstasy pills was found on the passenger seat. The driver was taken to jail, where he registered a blood alcohol content 1.5 times the legal limit.
