Drug Charges Surface in Brutal Murder Case

Two individuals have been brought before the court on drug-related charges as the investigation into the murder of Mr. Kelly intensifies. Mr. Scullion faces four charges, including possession with intent to supply cocaine and possession of criminal property, occurring on December 3, 2023. He is also charged with attempting to supply and being concerned in the supply of cocaine between December 1 and December 4, 2023. Mr. Scullion appeared via video link from Maghaberry prison, where he is currently remanded.
Ms. Stevenson, also facing drug charges, was accused of possession with intent to supply cocaine and possession of Bromazolam on December 3, 2023. She was granted bail by the court. Both defendants are scheduled to appear again on January 29 for arraignment. These proceedings follow previous charges against five individuals in connection with Mr. Kelly's death.
