A London man, 47-year-old Solomon Tweneboah, has been sentenced to 30 months imprisonment for orchestrating a significant driving theory test fraud operation. He was arrested on January 19th at the Driving Theory Test Centre in Hertford when staff identified that his driving license photo did not match his appearance.
Following an investigation by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), Tweneboah was convicted of 14 counts of fraud by false representation. The fraudulent activities were uncovered across several UK areas, including London, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Northamptonshire, and Suffolk. Tweneboah pleaded guilty on February 13th at St Albans Crown Court, where he later received his sentence.
