Summary

- He faces two additional years in prison if the funds are not returned.
- Herbert was jailed for importing and selling 99lbs of cannabis.
Rhys Herbert, a 25-year-old rapper also known as Digga D, has been given a stark ultimatum by Lincoln Crown Court. He must repay £201,039, representing the profits from his drug-dealing crimes, within three months. If Herbert fails to comply with this Proceeds of Crime Act order, he faces an additional two years in prison.
Herbert was previously sentenced in January 2025 to three years and 11 months for importing and selling 99lbs (45kg) of cannabis. His arrest occurred in February 2024 during a livestream at a property near Lincoln. Although he has since been released from his initial sentence, the court's decision on Wednesday imposes this significant financial penalty.
His legal representative, Ryan Thompson, assured the court that Herbert has the financial means to settle the debt. In addition to the confiscation order, Herbert was also instructed to pay £2,000 in court costs. He participated in the proceedings remotely via video link from his residence in Notting Hill, west London.
