Sean "Diddy" Combs has sold his waterfront Miami Beach mansion on Star Island for $55 million. The transaction occurred while Combs is currently serving a prison sentence. This luxury estate, purchased in 2021 for $35 million from Gloria and Emilio Estefan, became a focal point following Combs' arrest in September 2024.
His legal team had proposed the mansion as collateral for a $50 million bail package, which was ultimately denied by federal judges. The property, featuring approximately 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, sits on over an acre of Biscayne Bay waterfront. It includes a private dock, pool, and guesthouse.
Homeland Security agents had previously searched the Miami property in March 2024 as part of the federal investigation. Combs was later found guilty in July 2025 on two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution and sentenced to over four years in prison in October 2025. He is projected for release on February 23, 2028.
